Biography :
Scotty hails from the northern city of Duluth, Minnesota, but has fully embraced the warmth and charm of southern living since moving to Knoxville in 2017 after several years in Virginia Beach. With a strong background in customer service and leadership, Scotty began his real estate journey in 2010 when he earned his license in Virginia, following 16 years of service as a pastor. His heart for people has always been at the core of what he does, and today that passion drives him to go the extra mile in helping families find the perfect place to call home.
Married to his high school sweetheart, Tammy, for 42 years, Scotty treasures family above all else. Together, they are blessed with four daughters—Katie (Orange County, CA), Brittany (Costa Rica), Leah (Lancaster, PA), and Alyssa (right here in Knoxville)—and 11 grandchildren who bring endless joy to their lives.
When he isn’t working with clients, Scotty enjoys biking, camping, and soaking in the beauty of the Appalachian landscapes that first captured his heart. For him, Knoxville isn’t just where he lives—it’s home. His greatest joy is helping others discover that same sense of belonging as they settle into a community and home that feels just right for them.
